Considering your cost concerns, our optimal MOQ is set at 5,000 for paper bags (such as bakery bags) and 1,000 for premium shopping bags and paper boxes. Of course, we are also flexible and can negotiate based on the situation.
We accept PayPal, Alibaba Trade Assurance, WeChat Pay, Alipay, and bank transfers. For bulk orders, we can also discuss L/C or other secure payment terms.

Service-related
We provide free samples, but shipping costs are not included, and we guarantee to complete sample production within one day after the design is confirmed.
Design document formats: AI, PDF, PSD, EPS, CDR text transcription source file formats, or provide high-resolution JPG patterns, with a resolution of no less than 300 DPI.
Our regular lead time is 7–15 days. If you need expedited shipping, contact us directly—we’ll adjust the timeline with a reasonable rush fee based on your urgency.
To quote accurately, we need: ① Product specs (material, size, color, thickness); ② Logo/design files (AI, PDF, or high-res samples); ③ Order volume; ④ Any custom processes (e.g., hot stamping, embossing).
We conduct strict inspections before shipment. If quality issues occur due to our production, we’ll arrange replacement or refund within 7 days of receipt (with photo/video evidence).And we will give you a discounted price in our next cooperation.
Our professional design team provides free basic packaging layout services. For custom creative designs, we offer tailored solutions based on your brand identity.
After confirming the design, we only need one day to complete the sample production.
- EXW (Ex Works): You arrange pickup from our factory (Shenzhen) and handle all subsequent logistics.
- FOB (Free On Board): We deliver goods to the port of your choice (e.g., Shenzhen Port) and cover local export fees; you handle ocean/air shipping and destination costs.
- CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight): We cover delivery to your target port + shipping insurance; you handle port clearance and final delivery.
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Door-to-door service – we cover all costs (shipping, insurance, duties, taxes) to your specified address.
